palmER's security policy sets a clear retention window: ambient audio is never stored, transcripts, drafts, edits, and questions automatically delete within 24 hours, and patient data is not used to train AI models.

Heidi's data-security help article says real-time audio transcripts are never stored and cannot be accessed later. It treats uploaded consultation recordings differently: users can consent to transcript storage for later analysis or review and choose the duration in account settings. The article says consult information is accessible only to the user and can then be copied into a hospital or clinic practice-management system.

Heidi's Safety Centre says transcripts and notes are stored as needed, audio recordings are not stored, and customer data is not used to train its AI. A single deletion deadline for every note, prompt, question, and uploaded recording is not published in the pages reviewed.
