Nabla states that audio is not stored by default, that its trust center lists a 14-day default for clinical notes, configurable per client, and that its models are not trained on customer data. Review the settings that apply to your account or deployment.
Sending a note to the EMR does not explain what the vendor retains. Check the treatment of transcripts, drafts, prompts, and questions separately, including how long they remain and who could produce them in litigation.
