Doximity's Help Center says Scribe Notes are available for 29 days before permanent deletion. That statement does not establish a 29-day deletion deadline for every type of submitted data.

Its Terms of Service grant broad, perpetual rights to process and use submitted content, including for AI model improvement, subject to applicable law. Its Business Associate Agreement permits processing PHI to provide and improve covered services, use of de-identified data, and certain retention after termination. Those permissions are broader than the Help Center's note-availability window.

Retained encounter data can also become relevant to a legal request. The useful comparison is the data each product retains and the rights its agreements permit.
