Download palmEM AI

palmEM AI is available for iOS and Android devices. Download it from your device's app store:

   For iPhone/iPad

   • Open the App Store
   • Search for "palmEM AI" or "palmEM"
   • Tap "Get" to download and install

   For Android

   • Open the Google Play Store
   • Search for "palmEM AI" or "palmEM"
   • Tap "Install" to download

The app works on both phones and tablets, though most clinicians prefer phone access for pocket portability during shifts.

First Launch and Notifications

When you open palmEM AI for the first time, you'll be prompted to allow notifications. We recommend enabling them to receive:

• Important content updates and new features
• Critical guideline changes
• App performance improvements

You can adjust notification preferences anytime through your device settings if you change your mind later.

Creating Your Account

New Users

   Open the app and select Create Account

   Launch palmEM AI for the first time and tap Create Account.

   Choose your preferred sign-in method

   Select one of the following options:

   • Continue with Email: Enter your email and create a password
   • Sign In with Apple: Use your Apple ID (iOS devices)
   • Sign In with Google: Use your Google account (iOS and Android)

   We recommend using Sign In with Apple or Google for the fastest, most secure login experience.

   Complete account setup

   Follow the prompts to finish creating your account. You're ready to start using palmEM AI!

These sign-in options eliminate the need to remember another password and make signing in across multiple devices seamless.

Account Benefits

Creating an account enables:

• Sync across devices: Access your bookmarks and notes on all your devices
• AI Reference access: Use the intelligent clinical assistant
• Personalized content: Your recently viewed topics and custom notes
• Subscription management: Access premium features and manage your subscription

Existing Users: Signing In

If you already have a palmEM account:

   Open the app and select Sign In

   Launch palmEM AI and tap the Sign In button.

   Choose your sign-in method

   Select how you originally created your account:

   • Email and password
   • Sign In with Apple
   • Sign In with Google

   Access your account

   Sign in with your credentials to access your bookmarks and notes.

Your account works across all devices - sign in on your phone, tablet, or multiple devices with the same credentials.

Forgot Your Password?

If you created your account with email and password but can't remember it:

1. 01
   Tap Forgot Password

   On the Sign In screen, tap Forgot Password?

   Enter your email address

   Type in the email address associated with your palmEM AI account.

   Check your email

   Look for the password reset link in your inbox (check spam/junk if needed).

   Create a new password

   Follow the instructions in the email to set a new password.

Tip: If you originally signed up with email but want password-free access, you can use Sign In with Apple or Sign In with Google even after creating your account with email. Just use the same email address.

Troubleshooting Account Issues

Can't sign in?

• Make sure you're using the correct sign-in method (email, Apple, or Google)
• Check that your email is entered correctly
• Verify you have an internet connection for initial sign-in

Didn't receive a password reset email?

• Check your spam/junk folder
• Verify you entered the correct email address
• Wait a few minutes and try again
